Here at Pittsburgh Socialights, we believe in giving back. Here are some of our community initiatives.

Hope Homes - Pittsburgh Socialights has partnered with Chick-fil-A to deliver Hope Homes to the local Pittsburgh area. Each year, each Chick-fil-A nominates a local family for our Hope Homes initiative. A Hope Home is a home where the family has undergone some type of hardship & we surprise them with lighting to brighten their holiday season. Chick-fil-A has been a tremendous organization to the greater Pittsburgh area & each individual community. We are proud to partner with them. 

Joy Homes - Pittsburgh Socialights has brought Joy Homes to the local Pittsburgh area. Each year, we ask you to nominate a Pittsburgh family for our ‘Joy Homes’ initiative. A Joy Home is a home where the family has undergone some type of hardship & we surprise them with lighting to brighten their holiday season. This is by far our favorite time of the year! We hope to expand the number of families we surprise and share a little holiday magic wherever and whenever we can.

UPMC Children’s Hospital - We have partnered with the UPMC Children’s Hospital in several areas. Each year, we hold our Pittsburgh Socialights fundraiser asking our Pittsburgh neighbors to donate and share the joy with the brave patients at UPMC Children's Hospital. In 2020, we raised over $13,000. In 2021, we set our sights on an even greater goal of $15,000 and we are proud to say we exceeded that amount! With your support, we can help give these kids the type of Christmas & holiday they deserve!
